Colorada PRO 2015

The main event in Puerto this summer was the first international bodyboard tournament, Colorada PRO 2015, in Punta Colorada in August, with 40 participants from 11 countries. The first place winner for the men’s open, taking home a one hundred thousand peso cash prize, was 14-year-old Alfonso Aguilar from Michoacán. This was Alfonso’s first international competition. Clare McGowden of England received six thousand pesos when she won the women’s competition. The Californian, Jeff Bragg, who has been coming to Puerto for fifteen years, won first place in the drop knee category.
