It’s spring, it’s very hot. What else is new? The highway to Oaxaca, which we totally support – it will bring down retail prices and give us more health care options, not to mention easy access to everything that great city has to offer. I’ve been living here, full time, since 2005, and sometimes I just want to leave “paradise”. We did get as far as Santo Domingo and Río Grande for this issue and visited our favorite beaches: Agua Blanca and Roca Blanca.
Real estate is always a hot topic. If you are thinking of buying beachfront property, consider the article on Tomatal and Palmarito as part of your due diligence. Many people who buy property here don’t believe that due diligence is necessary in paradise – and some live to regret it.
