Construction Rules, Brisas de Zicatela (La Punta)

Maximum 2 stories plus palapa, total 9 meters.
Respect the sidewalk area. 25% of the lot must be a green space.
Preserve the trees. If not possible, consult the delegation.
Workers must be tidy and respectful.
The public roadway must not be obstructed during the work.
Saturdays, work quietly. Sundays, rest.
These rules have been approved by successive assemblies of the residents of the neighborhood from 2008 to 2024.
The goal is to protect the waves, nature and the peace, the most precious of our land.
